Fresh and perishable items
We do not accept returns on fresh produce, dairy, or other perishable items once delivered. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
Non-perishable items
Sealed, non-perishable items may be returned if unopened and in original condition. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return.
How to report an issue
Call or message us with your order details and a photo of the affected item. We will arrange a replacement or credit on your next order.
Refunds
Since all payments are cash on delivery, refunds are applied as credit toward a future order or a deduction from your next delivery total.
